The Nikki Evans Hockey Academy is back! In association with Speed4Sports, the Easter Holiday Hockey Camp will run from April 14th to April 17th 2025 in Alexandra College, Milltown. The camp will help young girls to become better hockey athletes, in a fun and inclusive environment where they will be coached directly by two leading professionals, Irish hockey player, Nikki Evans, and speed & movement specialist, Aled Hughes. Cost: €150 per child, places are limited. Secure a spot today with a €50 booking deposit on www.aledhughes.ie/aled-hughes-camps. Camp times and age groups: 09.00am - 11.00am: 1st, 2nd , 3rd & 4th Class(primary school) 11.00am - 1.00pm: 5th & 6th Class (primary school) 1pm - 3pm: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Year (secondary school) All girls will be put in groups with their friends. Please bring - a snack and water - hockey stick - a gum-shield (no play rule without one) - hockey shin pads - wet weather gear - a great attitude with a big smile. You pay a €50 deposit (to guarantee your spot on the camp) and then you may the remaining balance on Day 1 of the camp.
Camp notes
The deposit for the camp is €50 and is to be paid during the online booking procedure.
The full camp fee for the 4 days is €150 , therefore €100 is payable on Day 1 of the camp.
The Nikki Evans Hockey Camp in association with Speed4Sports will run from Monday 14th April until Thursday 17th April 2025.

The 2 hours camps are run by Irish international player Nikki Evans and Speed & Movement specialist Aled Hughes.
Your Coaches
Nikki has over 200 caps in the green jersey for Ireland in a playing career that has spanned over a decade ☘️ She was a member of the history making side that won silver in the 2018 World Cup.
Nikki is renowned for her athleticism and unrelenting work rate. She has enjoyed resounding success in the domestic game, winning all major competitions and plays her club hockey with EYHL side, Old Alex. She also played two seasons professionally in the Bundesliga in Germany with UHC Hamburg.
Nikki is passionate about the positive impact that sport can have on a person’s life and wants to keep more young girls playing sport, whatever their level.
Aled - speed and movement extraordinaire
Aled has been coaching children for the past 30 years. He works with children who want to learn the basics of fundamental movement skills and physical literacy, along the continuum to Olympic and professional sports athletes.
Aled has worked with many of the current Leinster rugby players, international hockey athletes, SCT & JCT rugby players and was the speed coach to the Irish men’s hockey team.
Aled has now broadened his business into Codex360 where he works with children and adults with Specific Learning Difficulties covering Dyslexia, DCD, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, ADD, ADHD.
