Teen Speed Camp - for children already in Secondary School Mon 17th August - Thu 20th August

The online fee of €20 is the non refundable deposit ONLY to guarantee your place. Total camp fee is €180. €160 balance due on Day One. 120 minutes per day Monday to Thursday only. There is only room for 12 children on this camp. Total camp fee is €180 ( €160 payable on Day One ) All attendee MUST be in Secondary school presently. Camp is aimed at 1st / 2nd/3rd/4th years. 13-17 year olds The camp is taught exclusively by Aled Hughes and the camp runs for 4 days ( Monday to Thursday ) outdoors in Marsham Court, Stillorgan on the grass pitch The meeting point is at the grass pitch some 100 metres on the left hand side into Marsham court estate. This camp is ONLY about getting FASTER. Its a 90 minute session per day training to RUN FASTER. 2nd/3rd/4th/5th/6th Class only - Boys & Girls Video analysis and technical help to RUN FASTER. " It does exactly what is says on the tin " All drills are work outs are aimed at teaching and physically changing your child's speed of movement. Its PURE athletics in action to help enhance SPEED over 5-100 metres. 120 minutes of fast running.
