This camp is ONLY about getting FASTER. Its a 90 minute session per day training to RUN FASTER. 2nd/3rd/4th/5th/6th Class only - Boys & Girls Video analysis and technical help to RUN FASTER. " It does exactly what is says on the tin " All drills are work outs are aimed at teaching and physically changing your childs speed of movement. Its PURE athletics in action to help enhance SPEED over 5-100 metres. 90 minutes of fast running.
