Your child has to be in 1st Year to 6th Year now. Not next year. No exceptions. The online fee is the non refundable deposit ONLY to guarantee your place. Please read full guidelines enclosed for full camp price. €20 is the online deposit online. The full cost of this One day master class with Aled is €90. The balance of €70 is payable on the day. Please read full details of the camp, what we cover and what the participants get on this course. There are only 12 places available on this Master Class. There MUST be a minimum of 5 people booked in for the session to run. This one day camp gives teenagers a 3 hour training day where we go through speed, power development, agility, running session, body weight training and IMPORTANTLY a FREE training programme for 30 days, which shows your child when , why and how to train over the next 30 days. Full programme based around training sessions for bodyweight training, speed sessions, stretching and flexibility sessions, jump sessions, fuel mix sessions.
